Gassho! On Sunday July 24th, 2016 Orange County Shorinji Kempo Branch students participated in the Carden Conservatory Community Clean up event. The purpose of the event was to give back to society what we receive from it. “Half for one’s own happiness, half for the happiness of others”. A 23 action item list ranged from steam cleaning carpets, patching holes in the wall, cleaning desks and picking up garbage. The students and parents lead by example for others to follow. The ones who make the community a better place to live in. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!! Gassho!
