On February 3rd, 2018 Orange County Branch students ran the 5/10km along Long Beach for the Orange County Shorinji Kempo Charity Run!!!
Students/parents/friends rose to the Long Beach sunrise and placed their best foot forward to embrace a “NO LIMITS” attitude. To thinking big and believing in yourself. Here's to sweating and sore muscles. Here’s to Shorinji Kempo practice 3 times a week with belly laughs and extra early morning workouts. To constantly be moving… To nourishing…. To never ever giving up on your dreams!!! As we are Powered by Shorinji Kempo!!!
